Full Official Rules of the Giveaway “Giveaway K-FRAME SPEED 60th Anniversary”

From September 01, 2026, at 6:00 a.m. until September 13, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU EXPRESSLY AND UNRESERVEDLY ACCEPT THESE OFFICIAL RULES (AS WELL AS ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS).
IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ACCEPT THESE RULES, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE GIVEAWAY.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ARTICLE 1 – Organizer

KSGB EUROPE, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €2,650,000, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number 504 379 009, with its registered office at 49 Rue du Dauphiné, 69800 Saint-Priest, FRANCE (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), is organizing a free giveaway with no purchase obligation called “Giveaway K-FRAME SPEED 60th Anniversary” (hereinafter the “Giveaway”).

The terms and conditions of participation and the method of selecting the winner are described in these Official Rules (the “Rules”).
The Giveaway is organized for K-SWISS Europe and K-SWISS UK in the countries where delivery is available (see list of countries here https://kswiss.eu/pages/shipping-and-returns).

ARTICLE 2 – Conditions of entry to the Contest 

The Contest is open to residents of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland (excluding overseas territories), France (excluding overseas territories), Germany, Greece (excluding overseas territories), Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding overseas territories), aged 18 and over (at the time of participation) (the "Participants (s)") excluding employees of the Organizing Company, and more generally of any company belonging to KSGB EUROPE and employees of partner companies involved in the operation, as well as their families (spouses, ascendants, descendants, brothers, and sisters). 

Participation in this Contest is strictly personal and non-transferable. The Organizing Company reserves the right, at any time, to ask any participant to prove their identity and, if necessary, to cancel their participation in the Contest on the grounds of failure to provide supporting documents or failure to comply with the conditions of participation in the Contest. 

Failure to comply with the conditions of participation listed in these Rules or any action that appears to be in breach of French law and/or the rules of good conduct on the Internet may be punished by the cancellation of participation in the Contest, accompanied by a ban on any further participation in the Contest. 

To participate in the Contest, you must have internet access and be subscribed to the newsletter. The email address entered when participating will be the email address at which the participant can be contacted for the purposes of the Contest. 

Any entry in the Contest that does not meet these conditions and those detailed in Article 4 will not be eligible for the prize (detailed in Article 6). 

ARTICLE 3 – Giveaway Announcement

The Contest will be announced via email & on kswiss.co.uk & kswiss.eu on September 14, 2026.

ARTICLE 4 – How to Enter

4.1 Entry Procedure

The Giveaway runs from September 01, 2026, 6:00 a.m. to September 13, 2026, 11:59 p.m. (the “Giveaway Period”) on the websites https://kswiss.eu/ and https://kswiss.co.uk/, and via Instagram on @kswiss_europe.

In the event of fraud, force majeure, or events beyond its control, the Organizer may modify, shorten, extend, postpone, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway without any compensation to participants.

Two ways to enter during the Giveaway Period:

  • Either Register via the Instagram promotion (account @kswiss_europe) by entering your first name, last name, and email address;
  • Or register for the Contest via the window on K-SWISS EU & UK websites to which the Participant will enter their email address, and interests.
  • By validating the entry, the participant accepts these Rules and agrees to receive the K-SWISS newsletter.

4.2 Participation Conditions

Only one entry per person will be accepted for the entire duration of the Giveaway.
Each participant may win only one prize.

Incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, or late entries (or entries submitted in any other way than described) will not be considered.

It is strictly forbidden to enter using multiple email addresses. If multiple entries are detected, only the first will be validated, and all others will be void.

ARTICLE 5 – Winner Selection

Ten (10) winners will be selected by random draw on September 14, 2026, from among the Participants who correctly answered the Contest question and who meet all the conditions of participation set forth in these rules.


The winners will be notified of their prize via the email address provided at the time of registration.


In the event that any winner fails to respond to the notification email sent by the Organizing Company within thirty (30) days following the end of the Contest, the corresponding prize will be canceled.

 

ARTICLE 6 – Prizes and Prize Delivery

6.1 Prize

The following prizes will be awarded:

The prize offered to each of the 10 winners in connection with this Contest consists of one (1) pair of K-FRAME SPEED shoes in the color and size chosen by each winner, subject to availability, from the following collection: https://kswiss.co.uk/collections/k-frame , https://kswiss.eu/collections/k-frame. The Organizing Company does not guarantee the availability of all colors or sizes at the time the prize is claimed.

6.2 Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner's home address.

Prizes will only be shipped to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland (excluding overseas territories), France (excluding overseas territories), Germany, Greece (excluding overseas territories), Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, United Kingdom,Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding overseas territories).

The winner must provide a delivery address located in one of these countries.

6.3 Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-modifiable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. They may not be redeemed for cash or any other compensation.

Only the quantity of prizes indicated above will be awarded.

In case of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, the Organizer reserves the right to replace or modify the prize without any obligation to compensate the winner.

The Organizer cannot be held responsible if the Giveaway is canceled, shortened, extended, modified, or postponed due to events beyond its control.

ARTICLE 7 – Limitation of Liability

The Organizer will not be held liable if the Giveaway is canceled, delayed, or altered for reasons beyond its control.

Any changes will be communicated through appropriate means and considered annexes to these Rules.

The Organizer is not responsible for Internet connection issues, email delivery failures, or any technical malfunction not attributable to it.

Participants are solely responsible for protecting their computer systems and data. The Organizer is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from participation or prize use.

If fraud is detected (including multiple email use), fraudulent entries will be void, and legal action may be taken.

If the Giveaway is disrupted by a virus, technical failure, or unauthorized human intervention, the Organizer reserves the right to terminate it.

This Giveaway is not managed or sponsored by Instagram, which is fully released from any liability by the Organizer.

ARTICLE 8 – Personal Data Protection

Personal data collected for this Giveaway are processed in compliance with the applicable regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended.

Data are collected and processed by KSGB EUROPE and will remain strictly confidential for three (3) years.

Participants have the right to access, rectify, or delete their data; to object to or limit processing; to request data portability; and to define post-mortem data usage rights. These rights may be exercised by emailing rgpdksgbeusupport@ksgb.com.

Participants may also file complaints with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).

ARTICLE 10 – Intellectual and Industrial Property

Any reproduction, representation, or exploitation of the Giveaway or these Rules, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

All trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos, and other distinctive signs displayed on the site (or via hyperlinks) are the exclusive property of their respective owners and are protected by international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction constitutes infringement and may result in criminal penalties.

ARTICLE 11 – Rules

11.1 Claims and Disputes

Any dispute or claim regarding the Giveaway must be sent in writing to:
KSGB EUROPE – “Giveaway K-FRAME SPEED 60th anniversary” – 49 Rue du Dauphiné, 69800 Saint-Priest, France,
within one month of the Giveaway’s end date.

Except in cases of obvious error, the Organizer’s computer systems are considered conclusive proof of all matters related to entry and data processing.

ARTICLE 12 – Governing Law

These Rules are governed by French law, subject to compliance with mandatory local laws.
Any dispute that cannot be amicably resolved shall be submitted to the competent French courts.

If any provision of these Rules is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
